I am in the new house, and man, do I love having a yard, and space, and privacy, the landlords here have fixed everything that was not good (unlike the other place). There is a massive mango tree (i even got a couple before the bats did) and a lychee tree, a back wall of brick for privacy (and to use as an archery backstop, heh).
it took forever to get internet going, due to some issues with wiring, compatibility, and the fact that no-ones lived there for years. We didn't have to pay security deposit on getting the elctricity on either, since Michael's got a great history of paying bills on time.
so, um, yay me, yay internet
*edit: i love having a yard. I do not have a hard, that would be a bit weird.
